GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A Green Bay man accused of killing and burning another man's body on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus in September of 2021 was in Brown County Court, where he was found guilty on two charges. 34-year-old Pedro Santiago-Marquez was found guilty of 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime, and Mutilating a Corpse – PTAC, as a Party to a Crime, in connection to the death of Jason Mendez-Ramos. According to the criminal complaint, On September 28, 2021, authorities in Brown County responded to a fire in a wooded area on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay's campus.
